Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
Thoroughly rinse the lime, dry it, and then grate the zest. Melt the butter. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut sugar, flour, honey, and baking powder. Then add the egg whites and lemon zest.
Pour the mixture into small molds and bake for 16 minutes.
Once out of the oven, remove the baked goods from the mold and let them cool.
