A delicious pizza for a very friendly appetizer or as a starter.

Ingredients
 1 Organic tomato coulis
 4 Red bell peppers
 2 cloves Garlic
 Parmesan Shavings
 Olive oil
 Oregano
 Salt

Wash, seed, and cut the bell peppers into thin strips. In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic. Add the bell peppers, season with salt, and let them gently caramelize.

Preheat the oven to 200°. Roll out the dough, spread the tomato puree, distribute the bell peppers, sprinkle with oregano, add shavings of parmesan or grated parmesan, and a drizzle of olive oil.

To finish, bake for about ten minutes. Remove from the oven, and garnish with parmesan shavings and basil leaves.
