Preheat the oven to 200°.
Slice the onion and mushrooms into rounds.
Sauté the onions in a pan with a little fat for 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
In a bowl, mix the cheese, milk, and spices, then stir in the onion and mushroom mixture along with the grated cheese.
Prick the dough with a fork, then pour the filling evenly.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
