    Small curds Not having any cottage cheese, I replaced it with 3 light small curds and the equivalent of a small curd container filled with cream. It's great!

    What to pair it with I did not use lemon but instead pickles, Espelette pepper... Let your imagination run wild. My suggestion: This sauce goes very well with asparagus, a selection of raw vegetables (for an appetizer, for example), or cold meat.
