Today I am offering you Indian-style baked fish. A dish rich in flavors and incredibly tasty, which will take your taste buds on a journey. Moreover, it is very easy and quick to make. The fish is baked in a delicious creamy sauce with Indian flavors. Serve it accompanied by basmati rice.

Empty and clean the fish, remove the scales and fins. Make cuts on both sides.
Preheat the oven to 200°C, convection mode.
In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients.
Place the fish in a baking dish that has been previously greased with 1 tablespoon of oil. Drizzle them with the sauce.
Bake and cook for about 40 minutes. Baste once halfway through cooking.
To finish, serve sprinkled with chopped coriander and with lemon slices, accompanied by basmati rice.
