Enjoy these appetizer sausages in the style of severed fingers for Halloween. When having fun in the kitchen... Be careful not to cut your own fingers!!
With a sharp knife, cut a small piece off the surface of the sausages to make it look as if the nails had been torn off.
Make small cuts in the sausages to create little lines that represent the folds at the joints.
To finish, warm the fingers for a few minutes in a skillet. Serve them with ketchup or fill hot dog buns with them.
