Ingredients
 500 Green bean
 1 Salted butter for serving (from 7 to 8 months)
 15 Mineral or spring water (to cook the green beans)

Trim the green beans, wash them in clear water, and remove the strings. Cut into small pieces.

Steam them (or cook in a pot of boiling water) for 10 to 15 minutes. Blend the green beans finely with a little cooking water or infant milk.

Divide this puree into 5 freezer bags and place them in the freezer, or divide into 5 small airtight containers to store in the refrigerator for the week. On the day: Take out one bag in the morning for the evening and gently heat it with a small knob of unsalted butter when serving to the baby (from 7 or 8 months).
