 100 buckwheat pasta
 3 white leek
 15 liquid cream
 60 grated cheese

Slice the leek whites into thin rounds and sauté them with the onion in a bit of olive oil. Cook for about twenty minutes.

In the meantime, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Grate the cheese.

To finish, once the pasta is cooked, drain it and mix it with the cream. Add the leeks and mix well. Add the cheese and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C.
