If you forgot to remove the seeds like I did, you can take them out at the end of cooking as they will float to the surface. To remove them beforehand, you can boil them without cooking; the seeds will pop, and you can then remove them with a slotted spoon. You can also keep them, as they don't necessarily interfere when eating fresh grapes, and they help to reduce bad cholesterol.
Gently rinse the grapes, then detach them from their stems. Place the fruit in a saucepan with the sugar. Allow to cook over low heat until the sugar fully dissolves, then add the lemon juice. Let it simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes, pour a little jam onto a small plate and let it cool; if it becomes honey-like and gelatinous, it is cooked. Sterilize jars for 15 minutes and fill them.
