A granola recipe presented and photographed by Eric Bur.
Coarsely chop the almonds and walnut pieces. Mix them with the oats.
Add the maple syrup and mix well to coat the ingredients. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 170°C.
Mix every 5 minutes or so. When the granola is nicely golden, let it cool outside of the oven.
Chop the figs into small cubes, add them to the mixture along with the roasted hazelnuts and goji berries.
Finally, place the granola in an airtight container to maintain its crunch. The granola can be stored for 1 month at room temperature.
