When the temperatures drop, the desire for comforting dishes becomes evident. A delicious recipe for pizza with goat cheese, smoked bacon, mushrooms, and arugula has been created.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Flour the work surface and the rolling pin, then roll out the pizza dough.
Mix the thick cream with the soft fresh cheese, stirring until you achieve a smooth mixture.
Pre-cook the mushrooms in a skillet for about ten minutes.
Evenly spread the goat cheese cream over the pizza dough.
Bake for 5 minutes.
After pre-cooking, top the pizza with onions and then with mushrooms.
Add the slices of bacon and the 5 slices of goat cheese with herbs.
Bake for about 10 minutes (keep an eye on the cooking).
To finish, after cooking, garnish the pizza with some toasted pine nuts and arugula. Enjoy immediately.
