 220 Flour
 200 Warm semi-skimmed milk
 60 Brown sugar
 1 Maple syrup
 1 Cinnamon
 1 Egg
 6 Baking powder

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, spices, cinnamon, baking powder, sugar, and egg.

Add the warm milk and maple syrup.

To finish, pour your mixture into your mini cake mold and bake at 160 degrees for about 35 minutes, keep an eye on it. Pearl sugar for decoration (optional).
