 2 Chicken broth
 350 Potato
 125 Carrot
 4 Garlic
 Salt
 Pepper
 Nutmeg (optional)
 Sour cream
 Grated cheese

Peel the garlic, carrots, and potatoes.

Cut the potatoes and carrots into pieces.

Put all the vegetables along with the garlic into a pot with the boiling chicken broth. Add salt, pepper, and a bit of grated nutmeg.

Let simmer for 45 minutes covered, continue cooking if the vegetables are still crunchy. Once cooking is complete, blend.

Add heavy cream to taste and adjust the seasoning. Serve with grated cheese.

    Not being from the north, I was not familiar with this recipe, but after making it once, I swear by this excellent garlic soup, inexpensive, quick, and very tasty, which brings only benefits to the body.

    I made it without nutmeg, as I didn't have any :-) I used the max amount of garlic, 5 heads, because I love garlic... and... I enjoyed it! Next time, I will add the nutmeg... Thank you for this excellent recipe... it goes into my favorites!
