Recipe for Forest Honey Cookies

55 Flour
50 Hazelnut powder
150 cocoa powder
30 peanut butter
1 Egg
30 Forest honey
½ Baking powder
1 stick Madagascar vanilla

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Mix the flour, hazelnut powder, and baking powder.

Add the cocoa powder.

Add the egg, honey, and peanut butter. Mix well.

To finish, shape the cookies by flattening them slightly. Bake for 13 minutes at 180°C.
