A recipe for red wine with figs, proposed and photographed by a selection of honeys.

Ingredients
 15 fresh figs
 3 organic raspberry honey from the Eastern Carpathians

Cut the figs in half. Place the figs in a pan (cut side down).

Cover with red wine. Heat first on high, then on a lower heat.

To finish, add 3 tablespoons of raspberry honey. Let it reduce until it becomes a concentrated juice.
