Recipe for Extra Gooey Nut Brownies

AuthorCategoryDifficultyBeginner

Valentine's Day is coming soon, and what better than an extra gooey chocolate brownie to please your partner? And even on a daily basis, to delight your family with a super indulgent dessert, I recommend this cake. It is incredibly easy and quick to make and requires few ingredients for its preparation. A very chocolatey and melting cake, not too sweet. A treat for chocolate lovers.

Ingredients
 200 Dark chocolate
 150 Butter
 3 Egg
 75 Sugar
 50 Flour
 100 Coarsely chopped nuts
15 Soft butter for the mold
Directions
1

Preheat the oven to 170°C (338°F) with static heat. Grease the sides of an 18 cm diameter round cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.

2

Melt the chocolate and butter cut into pieces in the microwave in 20-30 second intervals (or in a double boiler).

3

In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together.

4

Pour in the melted chocolate and mix again to incorporate.

5

Add the flour and mix until a smooth texture is achieved.

6

Finally, fold in 50 g of roughly chopped nuts.

7

Pour the mixture into the pan and smooth the surface. Sprinkle the remaining nuts on top, pressing down gently with your hand to make them stick to the batter.

8

Bake for 23 minutes. The top should be set when touched with a finger, but the center should still be wobbly.

9

Let it cool for 1 hour before removing from the mold.

10

To finish, serve as is or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. You can find the detailed recipe on my blog, along with many other delicious recipes.
