 6 Parma ham
 Watercress or spinach
 2 White chicory
 1 Soy sauce
 1 Toasted sesame oil
For the mango salsa
 1 Diced mango
 ¼ Diced cucumber
 1 Diced kiwi
 2 Coriander
 1 Lemon juice
 1 Red or green pepper
 Salt
 Pepper
