Egg cream is a dessert made with milk, eggs, and sugar. Here is a recipe for egg cream made in an air fryer, easy to prepare, to share with family or friends.
Preheat the Airfryer to 160°C.
Beat the eggs and sugar. Add the milk and vanilla and mix.
Pour maple syrup to line the bottom of the ramekins.
Pour over the milk mixture gently.
Cook in the Airfryer for 6 minutes at 160°C, then for another 6 minutes at 180°C.
To finish, let cool and place in the refrigerator. Serve cold.
