 3 Egg
 30 Sugar
 1 pinch Vanilla
 1 Maple syrup

Preheat the Airfryer to 160°C.

Beat the eggs and sugar. Add the milk and vanilla and mix.

Pour maple syrup to line the bottom of the ramekins.

Pour over the milk mixture gently.

Cook in the Airfryer for 6 minutes at 160°C, then for another 6 minutes at 180°C.

To finish, let cool and place in the refrigerator. Serve cold.

    Put very little liquid in your ramekins as it will overflow. I ended by making my flan directly in the bowl.
