Recipe for Dried Fruit Bowl with Brandy

Ingredients
 100 Dried plum
 100 Dried apricot
 1 stick Cinnamon
 50 Brown sugar
 1 Clove
 1 Orange
 80 Cranberry
 80 Dried grape
 100 Date
 100 Water
 100 Fig
 ½ Vanilla ice cream

Rinse all the dried fruits and drain them. Cut all the fruits in half, except for the whole cranberries and raisins. Drizzle with brandy and cold water.

Let them macerate in the refrigerator for 12 hours. Twelve hours later, pour the fruits and their maceration juice into a saucepan. Add the cinnamon stick, orange zest, brown sugar, and clove. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes, preferably covered.

At the end of cooking, remove the cinnamon stick and the clove. Transfer the fruits to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and leave in the refrigerator for 6 hours.

To finish, for the plating, place some dried fruits in small bowls, a bit of cooking juice, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
