Prepare a delicious dessert with Provencal flavors as a family by making this chocolate tiramisù with almond powder and fresh raspberries together.
Coarsely chop the dark chocolate powder using a knife. Set aside.
Prepare the coffee and let it cool. Once cooled, add the liqueur.
Whisk the egg yolks and sugar until the mixture whitens. Add the mascarpone, milk, and vanilla while continuing to beat for a few minutes. Gently fold in the lemon juice and zest with a spatula until the cream is smooth and homogeneous.
Dip the cookies in the coffee and place them at the bottom of the glasses. Add a layer of raspberries on top of the cookies. Cover with mascarpone cream and then with crushed dark chocolate.
Repeat the process to create the second layer, reserving 6 raspberries for the final decoration. Let cool for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
