The great taste of peanut butter in a homemade cookie. It's so good and it's affordable!
In a large bowl, using a whisk, mix the three ingredients: sugar, peanut butter, and egg. I also added a packet of vanilla sugar, but it’s not necessary.
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper, form small balls, and then place them directly on the parchment paper.
To finish, flatten each ball with a fork to create a crisscross pattern. The cookies are ready to be baked. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Be careful, when they come out of the oven, the cookies will be very soft, so it’s better to let them cool for a few minutes on the tray. Enjoy!
