The pear loves chocolate, the coconut loves chocolate, here are the three brought together in this fruity and crunchy tart, a true delight!
Prepare the dough. In a mixing bowl, combine the sifted flour, powdered sugar, shredded coconut, and a pinch of fine salt. Add the butter cut into small pieces, then crumble the mixture between your fingers, gradually adding the milk. Form into a ball. Place the dough in the refrigerator for an hour.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees on thermostat 6. Chop the dark chocolate into shavings. Peel the pears, remove the core, and then cut them into cubes.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface. Line a tart pan with parchment paper. Prick the bottom with a fork. Distribute the chocolate shavings and the cubes of pears.
Prepare the crumble dough. In a mixing bowl, mix together with your fingertips the flour, sugar, shredded coconut, and butter cut into small pieces until you obtain a sandy mixture.
To finish, spread the crumble mixture over the pie. Bake for about 40 minutes. Enjoy the pie warm (it can also be enjoyed cold) accompanied by a spoonful of cream or whipped cream, or simply as is. Enjoy!
