Discover these young potatoes with aromatic herbs and salt. They have a melting texture, a crispy skin, sweet notes, and are very flavorful. Simply sauté them in a covered pot in the oven with fresh herbs from the garden such as thyme, bay leaves, unpeeled garlic, parsley, and coarse salt.

 Thyme
 4 Bay leaf
 Guérande salt

Preparation of the Ingredients: Clean the small potatoes by scrubbing them under water. Clean the garlic cloves without peeling them. Rinse the bay leaves and thyme. Pat them dry.

Cooking the potatoes Pour the olive oil into a heavy-bottomed pot. Heat it up. Add the potatoes, garlic, bay leaves, and thyme. Generously sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Cook over low heat Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour over low heat, covered. Stir occasionally.
