 500 red cherry tomatoes
 500 yellow cherry tomatoes
 300 about Melted Cheese with Poached Goat Cheese
 Olive oil
 Provençal herbs

Preheat the oven to 210°C. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. In a bowl, place the tomatoes, drizzle with olive oil, and season.

Pour a little olive oil evenly over the slice. Cut slices of creamy goat cheese on top.

Add the tomatoes and then cubes of melting cheese. Sprinkle with herbs. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes.

Let melt and brown in the oven while closely monitoring the cooking of the crisps.

To finish Chef's Variation For the sweet-toothed, as soon as it comes out of the oven, don't hesitate to drizzle a little honey. The combination with the melting goat cheese is divine.
