 475 Coconut milk
 150 Dark chocolate dessert
 15 Cornstarch

Dissolve the cornstarch in a bit of cold milk, set aside.

Heat the milk, cream, and chopped chocolate in a saucepan, then add the milk-cornstarch mixture and whisk until it thickens. It's quick! It should be between the texture of a custard and a pastry cream.
