Here is my easy and creamy recipe for celeriac soup. You can serve it with a few slices of toasted bread.
In the bowl of the food processor, add the oil, chopped onion, celery, and diced potato. Start the sauté program (5 minutes) at speed 3.
After that, add the broth cube, the milk, the water, and the pepper, and blend using the smooth setting.
To finish 5 minutes before the end of the program, open the lid and add half of the cheese and the fresh cream, then complete the program. Serve by adding cubes of the remaining cheese and a few flaxseeds.
