Wash the zucchinis, remove the seeds, and then cut them into slices. Peel the onion and garlic and then chop them finely.
Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the garlic and onion for a few minutes. Add the tomato purée, zucchini, salt, pepper, and chili. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 190°C. Cut 2 sheets of parchment paper and place the fish on them. Sprinkle with chopped basil and cover with the vegetable mixture. Seal the packets.
Finally, bake on a baking tray for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
