Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Whip the egg whites without turning them into stiff peaks. Add the coconut and sugar and mix. Incorporate the jam and mix.
Take small amounts of dough and shape them into pyramids, then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. The cookies should take on a nice golden color. (Note that the cooking time will depend on your oven and the size of the cookies.)
To finish, let cool completely and store in an airtight container.
