Preheat the oven to 160° conventional heat.
In a bowl, mix the egg white, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and salt. Once the mixture is smooth, add the coconut flakes and then mix everything together.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, form spaced nests by placing two tablespoons of the coconut mixture to create each nest. Shape them nicely into rounded forms with your hands and press down in the center of each nest with your thumb to create a hollow.
Bake the tray for 15 minutes. Take the tray out and press down again in the center of each nest to create a well.
Bake for an additional 5 minutes until they are golden.
Finally, let cool, then fill each nest with about two teaspoons of crispy cocoa spread.
