 100 Baking dark chocolate
 70 Cane sugar
 4 Baking dark chocolate
 40 Semi-salted butter
 10 Organic roasted hazelnut oil
 1 Wheat flour type 65
 1 Hazelnut powder

In a saucepan, melt the chocolate using a double boiler, then add the butter cut into pieces and the toasted hazelnut oil.

In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, then gradually incorporate the flour and ground hazelnuts, followed by the melted chocolate.

Grease 4 muffin molds. Pour the mixture into them up to ¾ full. Add 1 piece of chocolate to the center of each mold.
