Regressive and indulgent, it's hard to resist these chocolate creams.
Dilute the cocoa, cornstarch, and sugar in a small amount of milk.
In a saucepan, mix the liquid cream and milk. Add the previous preparation and bring to a boil. Let simmer until thickened.
Off the heat, incorporate the chopped chocolate.
Pour the cream into small jars, let it cool, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Place in a piping bag.
Serve the chocolate creams topped with whipped cream and sprinkled with coffee powder.
