Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. On the other hand, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Whisk together the brown sugar, sugar, and butter until you obtain a pale cream. Add the chocolate, then the flour, and finally the egg yolks. Mix well.
When the mixture is smooth, add the egg whites in two or three batches using a spatula, gently folding in the mixture.
Pour the mixture into a greased mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes. Allow to cool on a wire rack.
