I think that what I love above all are pralines, yes, but the real chocolate pralines! Having received cute mini marshmallows in all colors, I decided to combine them with chocolate to make pralines.
Melt the dark chocolate with the butter and caramel over very low heat, stirring continuously. Crush the crisp pastry and add it to the previous mixture. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Add the marshmallows and stir.
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan (10x23cm) and smooth the surface. Let it cool in the fridge for 1 hour. Then, unmold and cut into portions.
