 100 Cooked chickpeas
 1 Fresh onion
 10 Black olive
 1 Cucumber
 10 Mint
 Salt, pepper
 extra virgin olive oil
 150 Cooked green bean

Peel and chop the cucumber, arrange it on plates, add the chickpeas, olives, halved tomatoes, beans, and sliced onion.
