Melt the chocolate in the microwave with about 5 cl of liquid cream.
Gently fold the chestnut puree into half of the mascarpone. Add the melted chocolate. Mix everything well.
Whip the remaining cream and mascarpone until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the previous mixture.
Fill the bottom of each individual cup with 2 crushed chestnuts in syrup, add the chocolate chestnut mousse, and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
To finish, decorate with pieces of lace cookies just before serving.
