 150 Flour
 60 Butter
 4 Egg
 1 pinch Nutmeg
 Salt
 Pepper
 1 Parmesan
 30 Water

Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F).

In the bowl of the mixer, pour in 300 ml of water. Add the diced butter and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes at speed 1 / 100 °C.
