Preheat the oven to 210°C. Wash and chop the chives. Cut the cheese into small cubes and the ham into strips.
Place the dough on a baking sheet and cut it into 4 portions. On each portion, add some chives, ham, soft cheese, and a few walnut halves.
To finish, shape into a small pouch by gathering the edges of the dough. Brush the egg yolk over the pastries and sprinkle with poppy seeds or sesame seeds. Place your pastries in the hot oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
