A recipe with flavors from Corsica. Use fresh cheese and be generous with the mint!
Sauté the onion for a few minutes.
Mix the soft cheese and the cream in a bowl. Add the eggs, mint, salt, and pepper.
Roll out the dough in a tart pan and spread the onions on top. Pour the cheese mixture over it. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
To finish, cook for about 1 to 2 hours in a medium oven (thermostat 6, 180°C).
