A recipe with flavors from Corsica. Use fresh cheese and be generous with the mint!

 400 Brousse
 20 Liquid cream
 1 Sliced onion
 1 Chopped fresh mint bouquet
 Salt
 Pepper
Directions

Sauté the onion for a few minutes.

Mix the soft cheese and the cream in a bowl. Add the eggs, mint, salt, and pepper.

Roll out the dough in a tart pan and spread the onions on top. Pour the cheese mixture over it. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

To finish, cook for about 1 to 2 hours in a medium oven (thermostat 6, 180°C).

    "Add the eggs... how many? And for the cooking time, 1 to 2 hours... that's way too much, haha! It has been tested, and the combination is really nice!"
