Recipe for Cauliflower with Coconut Cream

A cauliflower enhanced by coconut cream and mild curry. Nothing like it to elevate the flavors and take your taste buds on a journey. Fresh coriander also adds its exotic touch.

Ingredients
 1 Medium cauliflower
 100 Grated cheese
 1 Olive oil
 ½ Mild curry paste
 3 pinches Nutmeg
 Salt and pepper
 3 Fresh cilantro sprig
Directions

Detach the florets from the cauliflower and steam them. Then place them in a baking dish. Sprinkle with half of the grated cheese. Tear the cilantro leaves.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix together the coconut cream, the remaining grated cheese, half of the coriander, nutmeg, and red curry paste. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.

To finish, pour this mixture over the cauliflower. Bake for 25 minutes. Just before serving, sprinkle with fresh cilantro. Enjoy!
