Ingredients
 1 Cauliflower
 1 Broccoli
 50 Butter
 50 Flour
 50 Milk
 1 pinch Nutmeg
 150 Grated cheese
 Salt
 Pepper
Directions

Cook the cauliflower and broccoli in a steamer (or using another cooking method of your choice).

Meanwhile, prepare the béchamel: in a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the sifted flour and mix. Pour in the milk all at once and stir continuously until you obtain a thick preparation. Incorporate the nutmeg.

Preheat the oven to 210°C (gas mark 7).

Butter a baking dish and arrange the warm cabbage at the bottom of the dish, mixing the two varieties. Sprinkle with half of the cheese. Pour over the béchamel sauce and top with the remaining cheese.

To finish, let it cook for 20 minutes. Remember to finish the cooking by placing your dish under the broiler.

    Very good A small dish made tonight for my children who are not very fond of vegetables, and it went very well; the cheese makes all the difference. Quick to make, ideal for a weeknight. Thank you. My suggestion: A bit more cheese! and the vegetables cooked in a steamer.

    Very good A great everyday dish to get even the stubborn to eat broccoli and cauliflower. The cheese in the béchamel adds an extra touch of flavor. It's not too long or complicated to make either.

    excellent !!! very good recipe, both kids and adults enjoyed it, the cheese adds more creaminess than the other cheese My suggestion: I made the béchamel with 40 g of butter, 40 g of flour, and 50 cl of milk for more fluidity.

    Delicious! Easy and quick to prepare, and eaten just as quickly because it's so good! Plus, it looks fantastic when it comes out of the oven. My suggestion: I just made a bit more béchamel: 35 g of butter, 35 g of flour, and 50 cl of milk.
