Ingredients
 250 Fresh Egg Noodles
 2 cod loin
 1 small pumpkin
 ½ butternut squash
 2 carrots
 8 cloves Garlic
 150 pumpkin seeds
 2 sesame seeds
 1 olive oil
 Four spice blend
 Dried thyme
 Salt and pepper

Preheat your oven to 180°.

Thoroughly wash the squash and cut them into small cubes, keeping the skin.

Peel and slice the carrots into thin rounds.

Lightly crush the cloves of garlic with the blade of a knife.

Cut the cod fillets into large cubes.

In a large bowl, mix all the vegetables with olive oil, spices, seeds, crumbled thyme, garlic cloves, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir the mixture well.

Spread in a large oven-safe dish. Bake for about 40 minutes, until the vegetables are very tender.

Ten minutes before the end of cooking: cook the pasta in a pot of boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package, then drain.

Place the salted and peppered fish cubes with a little olive oil in a small dish. Bake for ten minutes.
