Recipe for Caramelized Apple Parfaits with Cottage Cheese and Cinnamon Granola

Ingredients
 4 Small jars of fresh cheese
 2 Pecan nuts
 1 Peanut
 130 Oat flakes
 1 Apple compote
 Coconut oil
 4 Apple
 Maple syrup
 Ground cinnamon

For the granola, coarsely chop 2 handfuls of pecans and 1 handful of peanuts in a bowl. Add 130 g of oats, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, 2 tablespoons of applesauce, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup. Mix everything well.

Spread the mixture on a baking sheet (or in a dish) and bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 180°C (depending on your oven). Stir halfway through cooking.

For the caramelized apples, peel the apples and cut them into small cubes. Sauté them in a pan over medium heat for 15 minutes with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.

At the end of cooking, add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon. Set aside.

For the cheese, drain each cheese and unmold it onto a small plate or return it to its original container. Mix 1 teaspoon of maple syrup into each small container of cheese.

To finish, for the assembly of the elements, place 4 teaspoons of caramelized apples at the bottom of a glass, followed by 4 teaspoons of fresh cheese, then sprinkle with granola. Assemble just before serving so that the granola remains nice and crunchy.
