Chocolatey treats that delight all sweet tooths. They are perfect for satisfying sweet cravings in the moment, but they also make a lovely gourmet gift.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
Using a food brush, coat the cavities of a silicone mold (in the shape of your choice) with chocolate. Place the mold in the fridge for about ten minutes and repeat the process.
To finish, add a heaping teaspoon of caramel and a marshmallow. Cover with chocolate and place the mold in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before unmolding the bites.
