 1 small green cabbage or 1/2 if it is large
 2 eggs
 ½ a container of liquid cream or soy cream (about 100 ml)
 1 Onion
 2 Shallots
 Grated cheese

Preheat the oven to 180°C/200°C. Cook the green cabbage in the pressure cooker for 5 to 10 minutes, then blend it.

Mix the chopped cabbage with all the ingredients (except the grated cheese).

Place in a baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese.

To finish, bake for 45 minutes and then serve (even better the next day).
