These cookies are very indulgent and butter-free. They are healthier, with pumpkin replacing the butter, and they remain very rich and ultra soft.

Ingredients
 100 Mashed pumpkin
 200 Flour
 100 Brown sugar
 ½ Baking powder
 1 Egg
 100 Dark chocolate in large chunks

Preheat the oven to 180.

Mix the pumpkin and the brown sugar. Add the egg. Add the flour, the baking powder, and mix to obtain a smooth batter. Finish with the chocolate.
