Ingredients
 180 Flour
 1 zaatar or another spice blend
 1 a good pinch of sea salt
 4 Olive oil
 15 blonde sesame
 15 toasted buckwheat

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, spices, and sea salt. Add the oil and 100 ml of water. Work by hand to form a ball of dough.

Preheat the oven to 170 °C. On a floured surface, roll out the dough to a thickness of 2 to 3 mm. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and roll over them to press the seeds in. Bake for 15 minutes.

Cut the sheet into pieces.
