Recipe for Broccoli Purée with Parmesan

Overcooked broccoli florets, and there I created this puree. A wonderful taste surprise! You can replace the parmesan with a tablespoon of ricotta.

Ingredients
 1 Broccoli head
 3 Fresh cream
 15 Parmesan
 1 Butter

Separate the florets from the broccoli.

Make a cross incision at the base of each stem.

Steam the florets for 8 minutes (in a pressure cooker). Drain and then blend the broccoli finely.

To finish, add the butter, fresh cream, and grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper, then mix. Heat over low heat and serve hot.

    original purée Too bad I didn't have any parmesan, but I still used grated cheese. Try the recipe just as it is given. Absolute delight. My suggestion: JUST TASTE it again and again.

    A very simple recipe that is extremely good and that I make very often; I add cheese and cream according to my tastes, however.
