Make sure to carefully follow the quantities indicated to prepare your recipe! Preheat the oven to 220°C (200°C for convection). Cut the onions into thin half-moons. Cut the apple into quarters. Remove the core and slice each quarter into thin slices.

Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onions and the apple for 10-12 minutes with a pinch of salt, or until the apple is tender and golden.

In the meantime, cut the cheese into thin slices.

In a bowl, make a dressing by mixing a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Just before serving, add the salad, then mix.

Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the cream with a spoon. Top with onions and apple, then arrange the slices on top. Season with salt and pepper, then bake for 8-10 minutes.

To finish, cut the flatbread into pieces. Serve them with the salad on the plates.
