Discover this original recipe for pastry leaves filled with red fruits reminiscent of a king cake.

 65 hazelnuts or ground almonds
 65 Butter
 65 red fruits
 65 powdered sugar
 2 flour

In a bowl, mash the butter with a fork.

Add the sugar and mix.

Pour the hazelnut or almond flour and 2 tablespoons of flour. Mix.

Add the crushed red fruits, mix again.

On a flat and clean surface, place the pastry sheets and butter them.

On each of them, place the mixture of hazelnut or almond powder and red fruits.

Fold the sheets. Place them on your baking sheet and butter the tops of the pastries.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Don't forget, if desired, to add a small bean in one of them.

To finish, once golden, remove them from the oven. Let cool slightly, serve, and enjoy.
